These terms govern your use of the Jorja Revive website and patient portal operated by Jorja Revive Ltd (Company No. 12345678), registered in England and Wales.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or book treatments. Some treatments may have additional age requirements which will be confirmed at consultation.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled with adequate notice.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the point of treatment. We accept major debit and credit cards.
Membership fees are billed monthly. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan.
